About our owner

Ashwood Chimney Services is run by Neil Murphy who has experience as a firefighter. Building on his knowledge and experience, he has established himself as a respected and knowledgeable chimney sweep. He created Ashwood Chimney Services with a passion for home fire safety and has professionalism, care and respect for your home.

Excellent Chimney Sweep Service- Ashwood came to sweep our chimney recently. We have been in our current house for just over 10 years and have the chimney cleaned regularly. Neil (Ashwood) is the first sweep we have had that actually took the time to thoroughly inspect the chimney both before and after the cleaning. It appears other sweeps that we had used previously concentrated purely on the cleaning the stack and as a result we had a large build up of tar in the burn area.
